Offshore: A few straggling doggie mackerel at Palm Beach and the odd Spaniard out the front but they’re not thick. Squire and snapper in close and pearlies out wide with the odd better red.
Beaches: A few tailor down south around Cabarita, Hastings Point and down to Black Rock. A lot of big dart in the holes with the odd bream mixed with them.
River: Slowed up a little with the odd school flathead around the banks with most of the fish in the lower sections. Blackfish along the rocks between Boyds Bay bridge and the mouth. A few decent bream on cut bait, gut and some smaller fish on plastics. Trevally and tailor on the rising tide near the mouth.
