A few lizards up river a fair way with fish to around 68cm in the deeper holes. Around the mouth for a few bream at the ends of the walls. Still quite a few blackfish at the usual haunts.
Tailor have dropped off a little. Look for some big whiting around the next full moon. Lot of dart in the gutters. A couple of kingies on the South Wall but they’re hot and cold. Black rock and Cabarita have been hot and cold, as has Burleigh. Not much bait on the beaches.
Outside things have been a bit tough in close with the odd good squire with not much out further. Get out early and fish hard for a feed. Out wide a few parrot and trag but you’ll have to work for them.
