Post by subeditor » Fri Oct 24, 2014 10:27 am

Starting in the river there’s been good numbers of fathead and whiting turning up around the anchorage.
School jew have been keeping those who are dedicated occupied Barneys Point and Tubulgum bridges.
With the jew have been increasing numbers of jacks, particularly around Tumbulgum Bridge.
For the crabbers, there’s been a heap of sandies in the lower reaches of the Tweed River.

Along the beaches, the dart have been firing round Kingcliffe Beach and some school jew have been showing up along the south side of the Kingscliffe wall.

Outside, 9-mile has been turning up some good sessions on yellow tail kingfish and cobia, giving anglers’ arms a good stretching.
Fidos Reef has been producing its usual snapper and jewies, providing a good feed for the table.
