In the river, flatties are in healthy numbers in Cobaki lakes and broadwater and also up around the piggery. The areas around Super Cat have also yielded some decent speciemen.
Whiting are becoming thicker in number on top of the sand flats. High tide i when you want to be in the shallows in search of the whiting down this way.
Upstream and into the fresh, there's been some good bass getting around, with a lot of smaller bass in the mix. Up river around Uki and Tallebudgera Creek have been producing the goods.

Offshore, there's been a stack of action on the tuna and mackerel on 9-mile reef, but some days it can be fairly quiet. You just have to look around.
Snapper have been crunching plastics a bit wider, and those deep dropping have also done well.

The beahces are again very quiet, with tailor quiet scarce at the moment, although there has been the odd big jewie caught around Hastings Headland and other rocky outcrops.
