Starting out wide, pearliers and tuskies have been thick out on the 50s, while in at the 36s, kingies have been going strong.
In at 9-mile, small yellowfin and wahoo have made up the majority of catches, and the Mudhole and Fidos have turned up knobby snapper and trag jew.

In the river, school jew have turned up in big numbers at the river mouth, and a few are starting to turn up around the bridges at night.
There's been plenty of big-eye trevally hanging around the Cotton Trees, and if you're after a bream fix, Fingal Rock wall has seen good numbers taking lures and baits.
Mangrove jack are continuing to smash livebaits around Boyds Bay Bridge, and flathead are in good shape in the lakes at Cobaki and Teranorra.
Those who want to chase luderick should concentrate their efforts around Boyds Bay bridge, Dry Dock and Cudgen Creek.

Along the beaches, there hasn't been much action as yet, but dart and tailor have started to show up in better numbers along some of the beaches of the gutters.
