Starting out in the blue, pearlies have been thick around the 50s, and moving in a little closer, squire and snapper have been consistent around The Mudhole and Fidos Reef.
Those after a cobia or two should find success around Point Reef if using live baits.
Kingies are still go at 9-mile, and the action here should continue for a while yet.

Along the beaches the action hasn't been too crash hot, but the tailor fishing enough to be worth the effort. Some decent tailor have come from the main beach at Kingscliff, with the headlands Fingal, Hastings Point and Cabarita also producing.

In the river, tailor and trevally are a good bet if you're fishing around the mouth. Soft plastics, metal slugs and topwaters should all see their share of action.
Those after flathead should head up around Stotts Island, with soft plastics being a good option.
Luderick are still taken weed baits from around the Drydock Road area.
If you want a feed of summer whiting, Stotts Island area is a good bet.
Mangrove jack have already been taken on livebaits from around the bridges, so this fishery should start to heat up with the weather.
Finally, the bass will be moving back upstream, and as the season is now open, they can be targeted.
