Out wide the water temp is 26 degrees, and on the shelf there are a few blues and stripes. As you move in closer to the wave recorders and the FAD there's a lot of dollies and wahoo. Around the lighthouse and the islands, anglers are catching plenty of mackerel and cobia, and on the inshore reef there's been a lot of snapper, morwong, and trag (the water temp in closer is 24 degrees).

On the beaches there are good numbers of whiting, dart, and silver trevally, and on the headlands there are jew and trevally.

In in the rivers and in the harbour there's been a fair few jacks getting caught, along with trevally. There's a lot of small bait getting around in the river as well.
