With all the rain there haven't been many boats that have gotten out, but those that have braved the conditions have been catching the odd Spanish mackerel mackerel and wahoo.

On the inshore reefs there have been a fair few snapper, pearlies and some trag as well.

We can expect the rivers to be pretty quiet for a week or so, as we've had 150-200mm of rain. However, the break walls and beaches will be fishing well for jew, tailor and bream. You might also get some crabs at the river mouths.
