Last week we were getting pearlies in about 15m of water, but they have all now decided to go deep, around 30m. It's the same with the snapper; for around a week and a half anglers were picking them up in 10m, and now the fish are in 30m+.

There are some kings with them and some samsons being taken out of the wash around the islands.

Coming in closer towards the beaches, there are still plenty of tailor taken on strip baits and flesh baits as well as metals. Dart have been among them, along with some good sea run bream.

Around the rocks been a few groper and drummer around.

Coming back in to the river, soapy jew are starting to come on pretty thick. There must be some bigger girls laying outside somewhere, but at the moment we're just getting a lot of little fellas around that 4kg mark.

Flathead are being getting caught in the shallows, in around 0.5m of water on a rising tide.

Some big bream are getting around in the rivers in their spawning run.

Blackfish are getting caught in most places.
