Estuaries are very muddy with all the rain but will produce flathead and bream on a rising tide. The mouths are turning up jewfish, tailor and salmon as the prawns and baitfish get pushed to sea. Gutters adjacent to the estuaries are also fishing well with a reasonable run of blackfish turning up around the rocks.
Offshore conditions have been ordinary but appear to be settling for the weekend., Water temps has dropped but still expect a good run of snapper, kings and the odd pearl perch.
