Beaches: Plenty of salmon along the gutters with a few tailor and bream but you have to work hard to stay away from the salmon. Using beach worms sometimes helps.
Estuaries: Lower rends fishing well for flathead, bream and whiting.
Rocks: Nice blackfish from the ocean rocks along with a few spotted mackerel, believe it or not!
Offshore: Conditions have been a bit difficult in the westerlies but those who fished in close have found some good snapper, still a few cobia and around the headlands, tailor. This weekend looks better for heading out a little wider if the wind lays off.
