Pretty quiet. A few snapper offshore, mostly on the close reefs and the offshore winds are whipping up unbearable conditions out wide. Plenty of jackets south of the Harbour so the northern grounds are the places to head. A few kings, samson and pearlies out there.
Beach gutters have gone quiet but with the bigger tides early and late, there should be a few jew, some tailor and even the odd bream.
Estuaries very difficult to fish with gin-clear water. Presentation needs to be spot on with some anglers finding a few flathead, bream and whiting. Hopefully a few rain showers by Monday should fix the situation.
