Wall-to-wall mackerel! Spots and Spanish, with spots to 12kg being reported and a Spaniard nudging 34kg. Also some excellent snapper with the bigger fish coming off the deeper reefs. Plenty of good pearl perch earlier in the week but with the winds this weekend it may be a bit difficult to get at them.
Beach gutters turning up the odd tailor with a few bream, with some good jewfish as well.
Late night tides this week should turn up some very good jewfish.
Estuaries fishing well with a little cloud cover this weekend and a drop or two of rain should really fire up things. Flathead a bit scarce but the odd good lizard is still about.
