There are plenty of tuna in close off the headlands if you want to do some spinning for them. There’s a mix of bluefin, longtail and mac tuna.

There are more jew running the rivers now, and lately there have been some caught in the mouths.

We’re at the time of year when bigger bream more likely in the estuaries, and more snapper are showing up on the inshore reefs.

There are a few squid around as well, and they’re being caught anywhere there’s a kelp bed.

On the beaches there are still some tailor around and a few good jew floating around as well. Good drummer are being taken off the rocks.
