It's started to rain today but other than that it hasn't been bad here.

There's clear water in the rivers so there's plenty of bream and flathead.

On the rock walls and river mouths there are heaps of blackfish with this swell that's happening, and tailor will be mixed in with them too if you want to throw some lures around.

If you want to hit the beaches there will be heaps of bream and the odd jewfish.

Offshore there should be heaps of snap in close from around that 10m mark all the way out to 80m. Fishing in the shallower stuff, around 10-40m, is best at this time of year. If you want to go wider there are kingies at the lighthouse, and amberjack in amongst them.

With the moon the way it is, there will be heaps of trag, pearlies etc out in the deeper stuff for those anglers dropping paternosters.
