We're not seeing many pelagics yet. There are reports of a few marlin poking about, but nobody has landed any as yet. There have been a few Spanish mackerel caught, but we can't expect consistent fishing until the end of the year.

Inshore, the mid range water around 40-60m is fishing pretty well for kings and snapper. There are also a fair few snapper being caught inshore.

Off the rocks there are a heap of jewfish.

In the creeks there are a lot of good size flathead poking about, and good size whiting are starting to get on the chew as well. School jew have also been coming from the creeks.

Up into the freshwater there are a lot of good size bass and eps being caught surface cicada lures and small stickbaits.
