Offshore: On May 31 three local game boats were still raising striped marlin. Since then the weather has been foul.
Beaches: Big seas have resulted in only a few sheltered corners able to be fished.
Rocks: Last weekend saw some outstanding drummer, groper and blackfish caught. Some just legal kings were also spun up and some snapper off the rocks at Seal Rocks. As the current blow subsides the great rock fishing will continue.
Estuary: A few hardy souls have worked the breakwalls for plenty of bream and a couple of mulloway. Water temperature in the lake is still good and flathead remain very active.
