There are some nice mulloway around here at the moment. They are best from under the Bridge, from Red Beach, Buckley’ Hole, from the Jetty at night. There are some good whiting coming from the Ripples, Whitepatch and from Red Beach. Winter whiting from around the Cockle banks and also bream from there I have been told. There are some good quality bream coming from the Jetty, from under the Bridge, and from Tiger Rocks. The flathead are around in fair numbers and are best from The Ripples, Whitepatch, from under the bridge, from opposite Cornets, from Red Beach, Buckley’s Hole and from Sandstone Point. The sand crabs are showing up again after a break and are in reasonable numbers below the bridge so worth a dilly or two out here. The tailor are around in better numbers and are coming in from Skirmish Point to Woorim. There are some reasonable fish among them but some are a bit on the small side so watch the size you keep. There are a few nice bream around and are best from the Jetty, Tiger Rocks, from Sylvain Beach the canals and from red beach and Buckley’s Hole.
