Leslie Dam: Anglers at Leslie Dam reported on some good numbers during the week, with some solid Golden Perch being landed. Blades and mask vibes worked very well when being fished in the deeper water. We received a report of a few legal sized Golden Perch falling to OSP Plastics rigged on a 1/4 oz jig head. Anglers using bait also experienced success on most forms of bait. There were also reports of a few more Murray Cod on the move, with a 72cm landed by a local angler on Saturday afternoon on a spinnerbait.
Maroon Dam: Anglers at Maroon landed some quality Bass over the weekend on various lures. Anglers reported on legal sized Bass being landed on spinnerbaits and Ice-jigs in the deeper water, with plastics and Jackall Squirrels working well along the weed edge. We received reports of shrimps and saltwater yabbies working well for the bait anglers.
Rivers and Creeks: The Condamine River hasn't seen much of a change over the past week. Anglers reported of things being a little slow in the town area. A 56cm Murray Cod was caught and released in the Mill Hole on a weedless frog. Anglers also reported on a few fish being landed in other locations but numbers have not been huge.
