LESLIE DAM: Leslie Dam was a little quiet last weekend, mainly due to the windy weather conditions particularly on Saturday. Anglers fishing early on Sunday morning landed some reasonable Golden Perch on blades in various locations around the dam. Some of the Golden Perch landed measured up to 50cm in length. There were also a few smaller Murray Cod on the move. We received a few reports of some nice Golden Perch being landed around the Black Boys on saltwater yabbies and frozen shrimps.

CONNOLLY DAM: Anglers at Connolly Dam reported on things being slower this week than previous weeks, with a few anglers going home empty handed. We received a couple of reports mid week of some Golden and Silver Perch being landed on worms and saltwater yabbies from the bank on the southern end of the dam.

RIVERS AND CREEKS: Anglers fishing the Condamine River landed a few nice fish during the week, with the best being a 72cm Murray Cod landed from a kayak upstream of the Junabee Road Bridge. We received reports of a few Golden Perch being landed between the Mill Hole and the High School. Anglers also reported on a few big Carp being landed in the town area.

MAROON DAM: Maroon Dam saw a few anglers escaping the windy conditions, with some anglers landing some quality Bass up to 46cm in length. We received a report from a kayak angler who landed five bass on Sunday morning on Keitech Easy Shiners while fishing the weed edge.
