There are a few fish to make a trip worthwhile and for starters the mulloway are quite plentiful around the 112’s and from the vicinity of the Yellow X over Marker near Mission Point and also around the mouth of Glassy. They are in excellent numbers and there are some very good quality fish among them so this is one area where you can probably get quite a few keepers. However you should realize that there is a bag limit of two per person per day. There are a few bream around and are best from the creek mouths, the weed beds and from the oyster leases. There are a few decent flathead coming from around Gallagher’s Gutter and from Little Goat Island from the Toorbull side. There have been a few good mud crabs around but the weather has been very wet and not many are fishing.
