Murray Cod
A few reports filtering through this week. Again the wet weather over the weekend has kept the fishermen at home. This week is looking a lot better. Most of the cod being caught have been under legal size or just over the 60 cm. Trolling or casting spinner baits seems to be the main method being employed. We did have one small fish taken on a yabbie. The full moon is on Thursday night so it is looking ideal for some late night fishing this weekend.

Yellow Belly
27 yellows taken on shrimp mid last week was the best report. The Yellows continue to hold deep or on the bottom around trees in the Lower Bidgee Arm. Shrimp are still being caught in good numbers with many fisherman freezing the excess to use over the winter months. I have noticed a lot of smaller fish are being caught at the moment around 30 cm. Catching yellows trolling and casting remains tough going during the day, It would be well worth ago after dark with the full moon. Bait fishing after dark is also producing some good numbers of fish.

Have been quiet, no big numbers, small ones on the troll mostly being caught

No reports
