Starting in the river, Flatties have been thick around Tumbulgum, Cobaki Lakes and Fingal Strait.
Around the mouth, anglers have been getting tailor and small trevally on a variety of lures and baits.
For whiting enthusiast, the anchorage has been the pick of the spots, with these guys really starting to come on with the warm weather.
Black fish have been tapering off, but there’s still a few on offer around Boyds Bay Bridge.

Outside, it’s been very windy and no one has been out the last few days.

Along the beaches, it’s much the same – too much wind to make fishing worthwhile.
