It's firing on all cylinders at the moment, with all fisheries producing nice cod.

Lake Eildon:
Fishing: 7/10.
The cod are fat and ready to play. Many cod have been caught over the last few days. A lot being over 75cm. Trolling seems to be the best method. Size 1 and 2 stumpys in various colours have been going well as the same for predatek boomerangs 80mm and ac invader in 70-90mm I think as long as your in the strike zone a cod will have a crack. As much as we are all cod orientated the Yellas are being caught amongst the trees still and on the troll. Ac slim invaders and rmg poltergeists are getting the job done.

Lake Nillahcootie:
Fishing: 6/10.
The fishing has been ok the last few days out at nillah. A lot of undersized cod have been caught on the troll. No big ones yet but it will happen sooner or later. General colours have been pink/purple, red/black and gold/black. Oar gee plows 75mm, Stumpjumpers and codgers in these colours are the go. Baitfishing is still good with Yellas and Redfin and the occasional cod being caught on worms.

Mulwala:
Fishing: 6.5/10
Mul has produced some nice fish the last few days but not fishing as good as previous years. Spinnerbaits have been going well for the casters and if you're game enough jackall tn60's and doozers have claimed a few fish. Trolling has been ok. 90mm, 4m diving koolabungs have snagged a few, also size 1 stumpys. Bait fishos around bundalong using grubs and scrubbies have landed some smaller fish.

Murray river: Yarra- tocumwal.
Fishing: 7.5/10.
Fishing is outstanding in the Murray at the moment. If you can get your baits away from the prevalent trout cod there are some good fish to be caught. A lot of cod between 45-60cm have been caught predominantly on yabbies. Cooper McCoy landed a 103cm during the week, not sure what on but it's a meter! Trolling has been productive on your deeper corners. 4-5 times along the same stretch is paramount to stirring up the resident fish. Shrimp and worms have been good to get the Yellas if you want to target them, but again, you gotta get away from the trout cod.

Broken river: low
Fishing: 5/10.
Quiet low at the moment so you have to hammer the stumps to smack the fish. Spinnerbaits are a good start and in the late arvo surface has been ok for a few smaller cod. Bardi's have been the best bait so far and a few have been claimed on yabbies.
