Hey guys, with this weeks unpredictable weather on the coast, best bets have been stick to the estuarys wich isn't a to bad a thing considering the the Mooloolah river and Pharrerah channel are packed full of mullet at the moment bringing some nice tailor and trevally all through the canal system. Try throwing some surface Lures around the Kawana Island weir for some solid GT action. Plenty of nice bream from around the trawlers and the gar still running strong around la balsa park. Flathead in numbers throughout the estuarys and even some out of season nice jacks being caught on the sunny warmer days. As for the beach stretch if you can get a break from the wind there's plenty if bream and stonker dart to be taken and the odd Jewie getting about in the deeper gutters of the stretch, try big fresh slab baits of mullet, tailor and squid to entice a run.
Cheers clint
