Lakes Entrance
Offshore plenty of Pinkies at the Sixth and Eighth mile Reef on pilchards and squid. They are also getting Leatherjackets and Morwong. Plenty of Trevally and Mullet off all the town jetties, on sandworm and whitebait. Surf beaches producing plenty of nice Salmon on blue bait and silver lures.

Lake Tyers
Pile Bay, Crystal Bay and Long Point for Bream. From Morgan’s Landing to Devil’s Hole has Bream on worm and prawn. The surf is a bit windy but still producing Salmon on pilchard and poppers.

Mitchell River
At Eagle Point and up to the Backwaters there are Tailor on silver lures, and from the Shadoof Lodge to the Highway Bridge for Bream taking prawn, spider crab and worm.

Tambo River
A little bit of action on sandworm between the Highway Bridge and the power lines. A few large Bream on cut crab.

Bream on worm are being caught from the Highway Bridge to the Strait Six.

They are getting Bream from the Boardwalk and in the shallows in Box’s Creek, on prawn and plastics

Plenty of Bream at the King Street Boat Ramp, Mullet off the Yacht Club Jetty. Garfish at Grassy Banks Eagle Point. Plenty of Mullet throughout the system.

Holland’s Landing
Bream are being caught at the end of the Woodpile. The bait to use is prawn.

Fishing has been quiet, but a few Bream are in the Estuary, taking sandworm. Plenty of Salmon and Tailor off the beach and also in the Estuary near the entrance. Offshore plenty of Flathead, Pinkie Snapper, Gurnard and Gummy Shark on all baits.

Bemm River
Nice Bream up to 1kg in the river on sandworm, peeled prawn and plastics. Tailor in the channel on metal lures. The entrance remains closed

Tamboon Inlet
Lovely Bream in the river, mostly up toward Furnell Landing, on sandworm and cut crab.

Catching Salmon off the surf on pilchard and poppers. Bream are in the Top and Bottom Lakes on yabbies and a few on lures. Luderick at Harrison’s Channel on weed. Trevally off the Main Wharf and Fisheries Jetty, taking pilchard and chicken

Omeo High Country
Closed season.
