Lakes Entrance
Trevally are around and about the footbridge using pilchard for best results. Try town jetties for Mullet taking worm. Surf beaches for Salmon. Offshore at Six Mile Reef for a mixed bag.

Lake Tyers
From Trident Arm passed the island and up the Nowa Nowa Arm is best for Bream biting on floating prawn. There is the “odd” Tailor about, so try using wire traces.

Mitchell River
Bream are in the back water and down to Shadoof Lodge. Mullet at Eagle Point. Best results using spider crab, worm and vibes.

Tambo River
Best spots for Bream are at the bridge, car park, Whelan’s and heading towards Rough Road. Best results using prawn and worm.

Nicholson
From the little cliffs and down to the river mouth is best for Bream. Try prawn, worm and soft plastics for best results.

Metung
Fishing is a bit quiet with the seals and dolphins cruising about. Try Bull Point, the islands and Tambo Bay river mouth. Best results using floating prawn.

Paynesville
Good size Bream are in the Strait biting on floating prawn. Dolphins and seals are also about.

Holland’s Landing
The Strait and wood pile are worth a go as well as Tom’s Creek and Blonde Bay. Best result using live shrimp and floating prawn.

Marlo
The Brodribb River is best for brown trout ranging from 1.7 - 3.4kg taking earth worms as preferred bait. Some Perch are about. Surf for Salmon biting on pilchard and popper. Offshore is fishing well.

Bemm River In the lake for Bream. The river is producing Luderick and Bream. Best baits are worm and soft plastics. Surf for Salmon.

Tamboon Inlet
The river mouth has Bream taking prawn and worm. Egan’s bank for Trevally and Snapper taking pilchards and prawn. Surf for Salmon taking metal lures.

Mallacoota
The Top Lake for Bream and Flathead taking hard body lures and soft plastics. Bream are about from Cape Horn to Gipsy Point taking prawn.

Omeo High Country
Try Anglers Rest and all other streams and rivers using earth worm as preferred bait.
